The Willow Center accepts many major insurance plans. Coverage and benefits vary by provider and plan, so we encourage clients to verify eligibility prior to their first appointment. Our administrative team is happy to assist with insurance questions and benefit verification.
Private Pay
We also welcome private-pay clients, including individuals and college students who prefer flexibility or do not wish to use insurance. Private pay allows greater discretion and can be a good option for those with high deductibles or limited coverage.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major forms of payment and provide clear fee information upfront so there are no surprises.
