Abby was born and raised in Northwest Ohio and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from The University of Findlay and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Abby has over 15 years of experience working with a wide variety of individuals in multiple settings.
Abby specializes in mood disorders, trauma processing, LGBTQAI+, substance use disorders, and those with severe and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI). Abby is available to see children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Abby relies on solution focused, cognitive behavioral, narrative and person centered approaches to therapy and can see clients in person or via telehealth.
