Jacqueline earned her Master of Social Work degree from Case Western Reserve University along with a certificate in Trauma Informed Practice. Prior to joining the Willow Center Jacqueline served clients within the community mental health field for six years. Jacqueline is knowledgeable in working with clients struggling with substance use, complex trauma, and life transitions, as well as those with chronic and co-morbid conditions including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Jacqueline centers her practice on honoring the voices and lived experiences of her clients, believing in the power of feeling heard as the first step towards healing.
