Jennifer graduated from Heidelberg College with a masters degree in counseling and spent her career specializing in trauma disorders, substance use disorders, and emotional management. Jennifer uses techniques from EMDR, ACT, DBT, IFS, IPNB, CBT and is trained to treat gambling issues. Jennifer believes co-regulation is the foundation of building a therapeutic relationship and inoffering the nervous system the support needed to heal. She looks forward to being part of your journey!
