Kirsty Sayer is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, and Complex PTSD. She graduated from the rigorous accelerated Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Northwestern University and brings over 20 years of experience empowering individuals through various healing and support roles. In addition to her clinical training, Kirsty has worked as a certified personal trainer, certified life coach, and certified birth doula, offering holistic, body-mind support to clients across life stages. She is experienced in working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and complex trauma, and challenges related to living with ADHD, OCD, life transitions and grief. Kirsty currently practices at The Willow Center in Bowling Green, Ohio, where she offers trauma-informed, compassionate care grounded in both clinical excellence and real-world experience. She is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being through building a safe, empathic and collaborative therapeutic relationship and treatment tailored to each unique client.
