Sarah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Heidelberg University. Prior to joining The Willow Center, Sarah worked in college counseling and community mental health settings where she provided individual and group counseling to adults. Sarah uses an integration of cognitive-behavioral and existential-humanistic approaches with a feminist framework. Her clinical interests include working with LGBTQ+ issues, women’s issues, trauma, domestic violence, grief, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
