Grief Support Group
When we are grieving, we can find ourselves isolated, in a state of withdrawal. It can feel difficult to connect to others when it seems as if they don’t understand what we are going through.
This 5 week adult support group will provide you with a safe space to navigate your grieving process with others going through similar experiences.
Together, we will work on:
- Processing related emotions
- Understanding how grief is experienced
- Discussing ways to cope
